Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn / unused and returned in a reasonable time frame; we can't accept seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items that are no longer stocked.

Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.

How to make a return

Step 1

Step 2

Exchanges: Your requested exchange items will be shipped to you, along with a Reply Paid satchel to return the unwanted items. (There is a flat $5 service charge for returns/exchanges, which covers all postage).

Returns: You will be issued a Reply Paid number. Once received your refund will be processed. (There is a flat $5 service charge for returns/exchanges, which covers all postage).

Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed. Should it occur we will minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis; replacement, refund, . . whatever works best for you.
